From distressed sellers, an $8 Million block of shares of Indigo Ag has been acquired at US$28.66/share ($1.68 Billion valuation); a discount of 51% from the $250 Million round in Sept 2018, which had a valuation of $3.45 Billion.
Indigo Ag is a rapid-growth billion dollar private company, only institutional investors can typically invest into.
Management of InvestX believe Indigo Ag will IPO within 12 to 36 months and can generate a return in excess of the usual InvestX target of 20% annualized, net of fees.
