It is a fund made up of companies which provide services which are legally considered as essential and required by law. Such as elevator maintenance and fire safety. Have you ever thought about the maintenance and inspections of fire detectors and elevators in shopping malls or hotels or restaurants?
For investors, this investment provides targeted returns of 8% per year and a 60:40 split on the equity upside when the fund is sold, which is targeted at 3 to 5 years from now. In good measure the fund performed very well through COVID.
