Burlington, ON October 6th, 2020 / – Newlook Capital Industrial Services Fund 1 (“Fund I”) is pleased to announce its quarterly distribution to holders of units of Fund I as of Sept 30, 2020 (the “Distribution”). The Distribution is provided as a return of capital to investors.
Fund I has a mandate to acquire companies operating in Canada or the United States that have: (i) a component of their revenue arising from a recurring service requirement, such as assuring regulatory compliance; (ii) a sustainable competitive position; (iii) a history of generating positive cash flow; and (iv) an opportunity to enhance value by driving operational improvements.
You can expect to see your respective Distribution in your account or mailbox within 30 days days. For those of you who have invested via registered accounts, the Distribution will be deposited directly into your registered accounts.
