Investment strategy

The sole investment of the LP (the Investment) will be the indirect purchase of common and/or preferred shares of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX, a Delaware corporation (the Investee Company)) at a price of $120 USD / share, as outlined in the LPA. The LP will offer accredited investors the opportunity to participate in the Investment indirectly through the purchase of LP Units.

  1. SpaceX is projected to generate $9bln in revenue this year, which is about 13% ahead of our internal estimate of $8bln for 2023.
  2. The company is projected to generate $15bln in revenue in 2024, implying a yoy growth rate of 67% (based on $9bln revenue estimate for 2023).
