Investment Strategy
The sole investment of the LP will be the indirect purchase of common and/or preferred shares of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX), a Delaware corporation at a price of $120 USD / share, as outlined in the LPA. The LP will offer accredited investors the opportunity to participate in the Investment indirectly through the purchase of LP Units. SpaceX investors get to share in the risk & rewards of 3 different revenue streams; Communication Satellites, Launch Business, and Rocket Travel & Exploration.
